Thank  you for visiting and shopping with us at HealthTee.Life. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

We make our juice custom order for you! DELIVERED FROZEN: START WHEN YOU’RE READY: We flash-freeze our bottles and ship them frozen so that you can enjoy your cleanse when  you’re ready. Our juices are flash frozen at 20 degrees (normal  juices are 30 degrees refrigerated) so that when you receive your juices they will be cold! Depending on the weather the juice might still be  flash frozen, please rest assured they are fresh!! Just defrost in the refrigerator and enjoy. Once thawed, Begin your detox!  

Orders are shipped out of state only on Mondays. Local orders are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do not ship orders past Thursday unless they are overnight because they will not arrive until the  following week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Processing Times

Please allow up to 2 business days processing time. 

If you order on Thursday regular shipping please note your order will be shipping on MONDAY.If you would like Saturday delivery, please choose SATURDAY shipping and we will ship overnight Friday for Saturday delivery. We can not guarantee delivery dates because of carrier delays, weather, or exceptions.

Delayed Orders

We make every effort to make sure your juices arrive fresh and quickly, however we can not control circumstances such as shipping delays from the carrier. If an item is delayed, we can offer the following option.

Delayed Item (juice arrives late and is no longer cold)

In the rare instance that an item arrives warm, we must have notice within 6 hours of receipt. We must receive photos of juices for  warranty. Call us at (972) 654-2475 for further instructions.

Delayed Item (juice arrives late but cold) 

As we can't guarantee shipping times, if your juice arrives cold we can not offer discounts or refunds. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has  shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be  active within 24 hours.

Damages

HealthTee.Life is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We can not offer refunds as our products are  perishable. See our Refund Policy for more information. Please save all  packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
